| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the Undosha's ability of sport and behavior in Sport Program in junior high-school. A way to analyze, we organized the behavioral model based upon the "Expectancy theory" before. And in this study, we analyze the difference of the behavioral model in some types of Undosha. The data was gathered by the questionaire. The subjects were 537 students of junior high-school attached to Aichi University of Education. The main results were as follows: (1) Undosha were segmented 4 types by the ability of sport and the style of sport life. (2) The Undosha's motivation to sport program have difference in their types. And their behavior in sport program also have difference in their types. So to get a good results in sport program, Manager have to grasp the Undosha's ability and the style of sport life. | |||||
