| 内容記述 | 現在の学校運営は、目標管理手法を用いた学校評価と教員評価を行い、開かれた学校運営および教師の資質能力向上による学校活性化を図ろうとしている。本研究は、これらの評価の関係性を探り、評価の有効性を向上させる要因を明らかにすることを目的とする。A県の公立高等学校への質問紙調査により以下のことを明らかにできた。第1に成立時期・施行主体の異なる学校評価、教員評価の有効性について、目標管理手法のもとで強い関係性があることが実証された。第2に学校評価および教員評価の運用において4つの因子を抽出した。第3に4つの因子のうち評価の有効性に影響を与えるものは、「行動改善」の因子であることが分かった。また、教員評価において有効性を向上させるためには現在の管理職と教師との個別のコミュニケーションを行う形態のみでは限界があることが推測された。第4に教員評価についての先行研究における教員の資質能力向上感が低い原因として、目標管理手法における自己目標達成感と教師の資質能力向上感とにずれがあることが一因である可能性を示せた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The present school management performs the school evaluation and teacher evaluation which used the management-by-objective technique, and is trying to attain school activation by open school management and a teacher's improvement. This research explores the relationship of these evaluations and aims at clarifying the factor which validates these evaluations. The following things were able to be clarified by question paper investigation to the public high school of A prefecture. Formation time and an enforcement subject differed between school evaluation and teacher evaluation. However, it was proved that there was correlation strong about the validity of school evaluation and teacher evaluation. Four factors were extracted in execution of school evaluation and teacher evaluation. It turned out that it is a factor of an "action improvement" which shows relevance strong against the validity of evaluation among four factors. Moreover, in order to raise validity in teacher evaluation, it was guessed with the form which performs individual communication with the principal that there is a limit. It can be presumed that the cause that a teacher's feeling of improvement in a previous work is low in teacher evaluation is the gap with the self-goal achievement in the management-by-objective technique and a teacher's feeling of improvement. | |||||
