| 内容記述 | 本論文では，ドライバ操作時の押圧力をリアルタイムに表示する装置を開発し，中学校技術・家庭（技術分野）での評価試験とモーションキャプチャシステムと併用できるかを確認した。ドライバ操作時の問題点には，ネジを押す力の不足や超過がある。しかし，一般的な教育施設ではドライバ操作時の押す力を定量的に確認する学習が行われていない。そこで，作業者の押圧力をリアルタイムに確認できる装置を開発した。開発した装置ではドライバからネジに向けた力をロードセルで計測し，計測した値をSDカードに保存することができる。PCの画面には，PCに送信された計測値を基に，計測値とグラフをリアルタイムで表示することができる。開発した装置における計測値の精度と，中学生が作業者による押圧力の違いを確認できるかを検証するため，4つの評価試験（1.グラフの特徴確認試験，2.誤差補正方程式の算出試験，3.授業による評価試験，4.手指のモーションキャプチャシステムとの併用試験）を行った。4つの評価試験の結果，一般的な教育施設において，本装置を用いて電動ドライバを操作した時の生徒と教員を比較し，生徒が動作の違いを捉えることができた。本装置と手指のモーションキャプチャシステムをそれぞれPCに接続し，手指動作とドライバからネジに向けた力を計測することもできた。また現状の装置では，グラフと文字の色が同じで目盛りとグラフが重なり見えにくかったり，手元で押圧力を確認しにくかったり，手指のモーションキャプチャと併用する時にPCが2台必要だったりすると分かった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We had a problem that we were not good enough to be able to push the best power during screwdriver operation. However, we hadn't taught how to push the best power during screwdriver operation in a junior high school. Therefore, we developed a simple system recorded and displayed the pushing-power during screwdriver operation . Our system measures the pushing-power during screwdriver operation with a load cell and records the changes on an SD card. Moreover, it graphically displays the displacement of the pushing-power during screwdriver operation. We defined 4 types of the tests (1. Test of graph's point, 2. Test of determining adjusted an equation ,3. Test of Using the system in a junior high school , 4.Test of Using the system and a motion-capture system at the same time) , and measure the achievement level of the system. We had students compare the pushing-powers of students and a teacher during screwdriver operation as they were learning how to electric screwdriver and found that it was easy for students to understand the difference in the pushing-power between students and teachers. We explored the use of the system to use a motion-capture system at the same time, as a result, when the developed system recorded the pushing-power during screwdriver operation on an SD card, the motion-capture system input 3D position of the fingertips and joints into a computer. We found that it was difficult for students to visualize the same color of graph and font and the overlap between scale and graph , to check the pushing-power during screwdriver operation ,and to require 2 PCs for the use of the motion-capture system at the same time. | |||||
