高等学校保健科の学習内容における健康の社会的決定要因の分析－学習指導案の記述内容の分析－ Analysis of Social Determinants of Health in Learning Contents of Health Education in the High School. －Analysis of the Description Content of the Lesson Plans－ 田中, 滉至 60439304 山田, 浩平 90211531 古田, 真司 保健体育科科目保健 高等学校 健康の社会的決定要因 学習指導案の分析 Health Education High school Social determinants of health Analysis of the lesson plan text 高等学校の保健体育科科目保健の学習内容における健康の社会的な決定要因の記述内容を明らかにすることを目的に、現行の高等学校学習指導要領（2011年施行）の施行以降に発行された書籍に記載されている保健体育科の学習指導案50 部を対象として健康の社会的な決定要因の記述について分析を行った。その結果、健康の社会的な決定要因の記述割合は、個人的な決定要因よりも多いことが明らかになった。また、広告による誘惑から過度な飲酒を防ぐために、広告会社に広告の内容を改善するように求めるなどの社会的な決定要因の影響に対処するための技能の記述は、好奇心による過度な飲酒を防ぐために、意志決定の仕方を学習するなどの個人的な決定要因の影響に対処するための技能より割合が少なかった。今後は、健康の社会的な決定要因についての技能の記述割合を多くした学習指導案での実践を開発し、その効果の検証が求められる。 The purpose of this research is to clarify how to deal with the social determinants of health in high school health education. The analysis target is 50 parts of a lesson plan described in the book sold after the enforcement of the current high school course of guidance. It analyzed the description of the social determinants of health. The results revealed that social determinants of health comprise a larger percentage than individual determinants. In addition, the skill description to cope with the influence of social determinants was less than the skill to cope with the influence of individual determinants, and we examined the description of skills to respond by focusing on social determinants. As a result, it became clear that the ratio of skills to cope with social determinants is lower than that of skills to cope with individual determinants.
