障害児保育実践の現状と課題 A consideration on the present conditions and problem of the child with a disability childcare 名倉, 一美 90227447 都築, 繁幸 ETYP:教育関連論文 STYP:幼稚園 STYP:保育所 障害児保育 特別支援教育 Special needs education 発達障害 保育実践分析 early intervention nursery and kindergarten text 2007 年から特別支援教育が開始され、我が国の障害児教育は大きな転換期を迎えた。これまで特殊な教育として位置づけられていた障害児の教育が、特別支援教育の開始により、障害の有無に限らずすべての子どものニーズに対応した指導・支援を行い、より包括的な視点で捉えられることとなった。本稿では、この制度改革が、幼稚園や保育所においてこれまで実践が積み重ねられてきた障害児保育にどのような影響をもたらしたのかを検討するために保育の人的環境、障害に関する専門性、保育のねらい・内容・方法といった視点から、2007 年の特別支援教育開始以前とそれ以降の障害児保育実践の変化について分析を行い、現在の障害児保育における課題点を明らかにした。 Special needs education is started from 2007, special education in Japan reached a major turning point.
