ベトナム出身高学歴留学生のキャリア形成上の困難―インタビューデータを通した考察― Difficulties in Career Development Highly Educated Students from Viet Nam Experience-Discussion from Interview Data- レ, ティ チャン 山根, 真理 高綱, 睦美 Career Development Highly Educated Students from Viet Nam Difficulties text Purpose of this study is to clarify difficulties highly educated students from Viet Nam experience in career development of school, vocation, and family life through analysis of interview data. Major findings are as follow. （1）Many informants began their student life in Japan without self-understanding concerning university and major choice. （2）Because of high financial cost of student life in Japan, they live hard life especially if they can’t get scholarship. （3）As they should consider visa acquisition, generation Z informants who tend to hope work freelance especially face limitation on vocation choice. （4）As they have little information about Japanese company culture, they suffer from intercultural communication. （5）Women who have child work full-time, take care of child with husband who had come to Japan by dependent visa.
