At home, physical activities of house-wives have a great influence upon their family members. The purpose of the study is to clarify several conditions around the physical activities and the health conditions of house-wives. The principal method of this study was by the questionnaire. The questionnaire study of 1,706 house-wives was conducted by collecting data necessary to construct the analytical theory on the subject. The investigation was conducted in Oct. 1977. The main results obtained was as follows; 1. Most of house-wives are healthy.But, after about forty years old, the number of the unhealthy increases.As for the frequency of house-wives' participation in the physical activities, most of them conduct the physical activities \"weekly\" or \"monthly\". The more healthy house-wives tend to conduct more the physical activities, both successive and dated, than those who are not. 2. Their choice of evnt has much to do with the frequency which it is done, and it is much influenced by both their health conditions and their ages. 3. The places where house-wives conduct the physical activities have much to do with the frequency which they do them, and it is much influenced by both their health conditions and their ages. 4. Many of house-wives mostly participate in the physical activities afforded by \"Area Service\".  The relation between the way of their participation in the physical activities and the freqency which their participate in them is as follows; 1) The person who conduct physical activities \"dayly\" are more participate in \"Area Service\". 2) The person who conduct physical activities \"weekly\" or \"monthly\" are more participate in \"Club Service\". 3) The person who conduct physical activities \"yearly\" are more participate in \"Program Service\".
