| 内容記述 | The author has been in Thailand in the last one year as an expert of science education, dispatched by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). In this paper, main three topics are described, the first of which is a report of the innovation of the teachers colleges in Thailand. The second is the reports of the author's activity overthere. The third one is also the author's activity, however this is only concerned about a computer seminar held at Petchaburi Teachers College organized by Department of Teacher Education in Ministry of Education of Thailand. The author believes that the object of dispatching experts to developing countries is not only for the experts to give their technics or knowledges to the countries but also for them to know the situations of the countries or the countries themselves through their specialities and to feed back to their mother country. Or he thinks the latter is more important than the former. So the purpose of this paper is not to show his activity overthere, and it is hoped to show the situation of the Thailand to the reader or especially to people who are going to be dispatched in the future. In this paper, some sentences may be so frank that Thai people concerned may feel uncomfortable. The author would like to beg their pardons and daringly to say that it may be necessary for the good relation toward the future between our two countries, Thailand and Japan. | |||||
