Based on the knowledge gained from previous research, we hypothesized that the educational effect of verbalizing skills is that \"students will be able to describe the main points of the work and how to use their bodies in more detail than before the verbalization activity.\" In order to encourage the verbalization of skills, we used video recordings of work being done and interviews about the main points of the work conducted with students while watching the video. To verify the hypothesis, we conducted a questionnaire survey asking about the main points of the work before and after the embodiment and verbalization activity of the skills. The answers were analyzed from the perspective of changes in the overall amount of description, the number of main points of the work, details regarding the main points of the work, and changes in the description of each stage of the work, and the contents of the experimental group, control group, and experimental group before and after the experiment were compared. As a result, by verbalizing skills, students were able to focus on the movements and tool usage that they had been performing unconsciously, and this increased the number of points of view.
