“仕掛け” づくりがミドルリーダーの役割の一つとなることが確認できた。一方で、特別支援学校の独自性として、異なる障害領域への異動が、時にミドルリーダーとしてのリーダーシップの発揮を妨げる要因になることが示唆された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_link_3":{"attribute_name":"研究者総覧へのリンク","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_link_text":"小倉
