―"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌事項","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2002-03-29","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"121","bibliographicPageStart":"113","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"5","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"愛知教育大学教育実践総合センター紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_27":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"グローバルな情報社会の中で，現代は「情報」が広く・速く・大量に伝達（発信）されるところに一つの大きな特質がある。こうした高速で膨大な「情報」世界は，子ども達の生活の細部にも浸透し，事項や行動・生き方等の判断に関わる部分でもさまざまな影響を与えている。しかし，こうしたメディアの高度な発達とは裏腹に，私達一人一人が考え判断し，理解するという思考と判断・認識に関わるスピードは依然として変わらないということが重要である。とりわけ，学校教育全体の基礎学力と「生きる力」育成の根幹に関わる国語科学習においては，このことの重要性は強調してもしすぎることはないと考えられる。例えば，すらすらと教科書や新聞等の「情報」を音読できない子どもがそれ以上に速く，正確に黙読できないように，「話す・聞く」「読む」「書く」といった言語教育の基礎基本について，全員にわかる楽しい「学習システムの開発」が必要不可欠である。特に「受信」のみで終わることなく，論理的に個性的に「発信・交流」する過程で「受信」能力がより鍛えられ，豊かな「発信」と課題発見・解決の能力も育てられる。本稿では，教科書・テレビ・写真・インターネット等のメディアを「情報理解・発信の一モデル」という「学び方」習得の概念からとらえ，それらを「正確に(論理的に)」読み取り「豊かに(個性的に)」発信する戦略(情報リテラシー)を国語科の発信型リテラシー(学び方)として位置づけ実践したものである。「情報」の理解から収集・選択判断・構成・発信評価・新たな課題の発見という一連の学習過程を，実践可能な学習過程論として組織することで(5段階の学習過程)，例えば「話す・聞く」と「読む」「書く」学習の関連が立体的に図られ，国語科固有の役割が鮮明になり，他教科との関連・「総合的な学習の時間」への生かし方等の視野もより見やすくなる等，従来までの教科の壁を越えられない読解・受け身・暗記中心の国語科学習を今日的な「生きる力」育成につながる学習として再構成することができると考える。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_link_3":{"attribute_name":"研究者総覧へのリンク","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_link_text":"佐藤,
