① 職業的進路自律度,職業的進路計画度,職業的進路関心度,いずれの側面の成熟も,男子では学年の進行に伴う顕著な成熟の促進はみられないが,女子では学年の進行に伴って成熟の促進がみられる。一般的傾向として, 男子よりも女子の方が,職業的進路態度の成熟は進んでいるといえる。 ② 職業的進路自律度に対しては,男女いずれも,総じて,父親の影響力が大きい。ただし,1年生では,父親の職業・学歴といった生徒にとって変更しがたい要因(デモグラフィック要因)が影響力をもっていたのに対し,3年生では,父親のしつけに対する認知といった心理的・内面的要因の影響力が強くなってきている。また,3年生になると,生徒本人が働くことをどのように把握しているかといった労働観や手伝いなど勤労体験の程度が, この側面の成熟を強く規定するようになってきている。 ③ 職業的進路計画度に対しては,男女いずれの学年にあっても,希望職業の有無が最も強い影響力をもっている。また,1年生では,親の職業が強く影響しているのに対し,3年生では,勉学にとりくむ姿勢が強く影響している。特に,勉学に対する積極的姿勢は,この側面の成熟を高め,逆に消極的姿勢は成熟を低めている。 ④ 職業的進路関心度に対しては,勉学に取りくむ姿勢や希望職業の有無といった生徒本人の心理的・内面的要因の影響が大きい。特に,その傾向は,1年生よりも3年生に,男子よりも女子に強い。 本研究の結果を要約すれば,以上の4点に整理できよう。職業的進路態度の成熟を促進するためには,あらゆる機会や場面を通して,望ましい勉学観・労働観の育成,積極的な勤労体験学習,適切な進路情報の提供などが大切であると考えられる。 今回の研究は,進路社会化に関する研究の手がかりを得ようとするものであるが,研究を進めるなかで,今後次のような課題を解決しなければならないことを痛感した。 ① 本報告は,中都市の1公立中学校生徒のみを対象とした調査結果である。したがって, 今後は,地域性なども考慮して,対象者を増やし,結果の検討を行う必要がある。 ② 職業的進路態度成熟度の影響要因の分析では,説明変数として4群24アイテムを採用したが,結果の解釈が仮説から説明できないものが幾つかみられた。したがって,採用する説明変数について,また,アイテムをカテゴリーに細分化する基準について検討することが必要である。さらに,被説明変数である職業的進路態度尺度についても,再度詳細な尺度検討を行うことが必要である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_link_3":{"attribute_name":"研究者総覧へのリンク","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_link_text":"坂柳,
