With reference to bibliographical studies of soccer, which is also ball game that involves goal-style sports, we considered that "overlap" might be the optimal playing style for handball. So we accordingly devised some new tactics modeled on overlap and applied them to an actual game. To evaluate the validity of the new tactics, we used two teams in this game : A and B. We explained the new tactics to Team A and allowed them to practice the movements and passing. Team B, on the other hand, were blind to the fact that Team A had acquired the new tactics. We recorded the movement of players in this game using a video and analyzed the style of play. These results revealed that attack achievement rate when using the new tactics was 80% and a miss rate was 0%, clearly confirming that they were of value in a ball game. The players in Team B were confused by this new style of play, against which they had never defended. Thus, the present study demonstrated the effectiveness of these new tactics.}, pages = {31--39}, title = {ハンドボールの新たな攻撃戦術の考案と試行的実践による評価}, volume = {38}, year = {2014} }
