Investigation―"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌事項","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2002-03-30","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"10","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"26","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"愛知教育大学保健体育講座研究紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_27":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"オーストラリアのアデレード市に居住する一般成人410名を対象に,喫煙,飲酒をはじめとする7つの健康習慣の実施状況と自覚症状について調査を行い,以下のような結果を得た。好ましい健康習慣の実施率では「酒を少し飲む・全く飲まない」の72.9%が最も高く,以下,「毎日朝食をとる」,「7～8時間の睡眠をとる」が続き,「間食をしない」が24.6%と低かった。健康習慣得点は男性3.6,女性3.9であり,女性の方が高く,また,健康習慣得点の高い者ほど自覚症状は少ないことが認められた。今回のオーストラリアのアデレード市の健康調査からはいくつかの特徴がみられた。すなわち,オーストラリア女性は日本女性に比ぺて「7～8時間の睡眠をとる」と「定期的に運動する」割合が高く,また,オーストラリア男性は日本男性に比ぺて「喫煙しない」と「定期的運動をする」割合が高いことが特徴であった。これらはいずれも参考にすぺき習慣であり,今後の我々の健康の保持増進のためにはこれらの習慣を取り入れることが大切であると思われる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_link_3":{"attribute_name":"研究者総覧へのリンク","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_link_text":"村松,
