 note = {text, 本稿のねらいは，ESD 先進国であるドイツ・バイエルン州の教育行政が，ESD 推進のための教員の資質向上や，多様な外部人材との協働のための支援体制や教育内容の質保証を図るための仕組みを，①どのように整えているのか，②それが教育現場でどのように機能しているのか，を探ることにある。そのために，教育現場の視察とドイツESD に関する文献等から，教育行政によるESD 推進のための教育環境の整備の実態について調査した。その結果，ドイツ・バイエルン州の教育行政は，学校と多様な外部人材が連携・協働したESD 実践ができるように，①教育地区ごとにつなぐ役であるマルチプリケーターの配置を行っていること，②マルチプリケーターを核とする研修を行っていること，③教育現場に生きるプログラムの情報提供がなされていること，を明らかにした。, The following questions were investigated in this study based on interviews with teachers of Bayern, Germany: How is the support system for ESD arranged, and how does the support system fulfill its function? As a result, it was revealed that Multiplikatoren were posted in each district, education opportunities for teachers were prepared, and helpful information for teachers to use was provided, all to promote ESD by the Education Administration. Finally suggestions from the point of view of Germany were discussed to be used in Japanese education system.},
