{"created":"2023-06-20T14:22:51.392402+00:00","id":3109,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"bb3588d0-f082-41df-a972-91cfeea17fac"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"3109","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"3109"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:aue.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003109","sets":["6:406:408"]},"author_link":["2519","584","560"],"item_3_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Impact on the Coaching from a New Experience in Ibaraki Basketball School― By Focusing on the Development of Situational Judgment Ability ―"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌事項","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2015-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"123","bibliographicPageStart":"113","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"3","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"教科開発学論集"}]}]},"item_3_description_27":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成24 年11 月~平成26 年2 月にかけて、中学1 年生を対象に茨城県バスケットボールスクール(以下、スクールとする)という全く新しいタイプのプロジェクトを実施した1)。平成25 年度は中心的な役割を果たした指導者4名(いずれも高校教員)に対してインタビュー調査を実施した2)。その結果、それまでのコーチングを反省的にとらえ、スクールでの指導体験によって指導方針に変化が生じ、指導観に変化の兆しがみられた。本研究では、インタビュー調査で明らかにされた内容を量的に確認するために、平成24・25 年度のスクールに携わった130 名のうち役員、トレーナー、住所がわからない人を除いた112 名に対してアンケート調査を実施した(郵送法、回収率60.7%)。バスケットボールのコーチングで指導者は、状況判断能力の育成が重要であると感じているものの、その能力を育成する自信があるとはいえない者が多かった。さらに、過去に県ベスト4 以上にチームを導いたことのある指導者とそうでない指導者、指導者自身がプレイヤーとして過去に県ベスト4 以上のチームに所属していたことのある指導者とそうでない指導者では、状況判断能力を育成する自信に差があることが明らかとなった。スクールのねらいが子どもたちの状況判断能力の育成であることは理解されていたが、スクール期間中にその成果が達成できたとは考えられていないことが明らかになった。しかし、手合わせゲームなどの新しい教材が状況判断能力の育成に効果的であるとし、自分が指導するチームで取り入れたいと考えられていた。先のインタビュー調査2)で語られた「味方との連携に関する具体的な貢献の仕方」についての項目とスクールのカリキュラムの効果に関する項目を合わせて、その構造について分析を行ったところ、3つの因子が抽出された。これら3 つの因子(味方との連携内容への気づき、状況判断能力の育成、手合わせゲームの効果の認知)は、相互に強く関連していると考えられる。このことは、スクールの前後の変化についての質問で、「味方との連携内容を意識させる指導が大切である」「わかりやすくて丁寧な言葉遣いになった」が肯定されていることや自由記述形式の内容からも裏づけられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"From November 2012 to February 2014, we implemented “Ibaraki Basketball School” (hereinafter referred to as IBS), an entirely new type of project for seventh grade students. In 2013, we conducted investigative interviews with four high school coaches who played pivotal roles in IBS. The interviews revealed that their experience at IBS made them review their past coaching methods and reconsider their coaching philosophies (Kato and Shimbo 2014). In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 112 individuals who participated in IBS for two years (mailing method, the response rate was 60.7%), in order to confirm quantitative value of the above mentioned study. The survey shows there are many coaches who think developing situational judgment ability is important but are not confident enough in developing such ability. It has also become clear that there is a marginal difference in their level of confidence to develop situational judgment ability between coaches who led their teams to the top four in the prefecture and who have not, as well as between coaches who themselves played for the prefectural top four teams and who did not. It also shows that coaches did not think they developed players’ situational judgment ability at IBS even though they knew that was the aim of the school. On the other hand, they think new drills, such as “put-hand-together” game, are effective for developing situational judgment ability and they want to introduce these drills to their team practices. By analyzing the structure of items which are related to “how to contribute to cooperative play with teammates” and effects of the curriculum of IBS, three factors were extracted. It is suggested that asking questions which are related to cooperative play with teammates during “put-hand-together” game leads to developing situational judgment ability.
