@article{oai:aue.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003130, author = {加藤, 敏弘 and 新保, 淳}, journal = {教科開発学論集}, month = {Mar}, note = {text, 平成24年11月~平成25年2月にかけて、中学1年生を対象に茨城県バスケットボールスクールという全く新しいタイプのプロジェクトを実施した。このプロジェクトは学校体育と社会体育を架橋する可能性を秘めておりその成果を検証することは、今後の運動部活動の在り方を考察する上でも重要となる。茨城県内7会場で263名の参加者に対して筆者が海外調査で得た指導プログラムをヒントに作成した指導方針とカリキュラムで実施した。このプロジェクトに指導者として参画した4人の高校教師の運動部活動や体育授業の指導観が、プロジェクトの前後においてどのように変容したのかを、プロジェクト終了後半年経過した時点でインタビュー調査を行い明らかにした。指導者はこのスクールを体験して中学1年生や普段指導している高校生に対しての認識を新たにした。子どもたちへの期待値を高く設定しすぎると子どもたちの失敗に対してストレスを感じることや中学1年生の段階で個々の技能レベルにかなりの差があることに気づき、一人ひとりの成長過程に合わせた指導が重要であると考えるようになった。また、スクールの指導内容の多様性とその系統性を実感して、ファンダメンタルの重要性をあらためて自覚したことによって、戦術へのこだわりが減少し、選手のファンダメンタルの熟達化が勝利への近道であることに気づき始めた。ボールをもたないときの動きやタイミングの合わせ方を指導するためには、味方や敵の動きばかりでなく空間なども含めて視野をとることが大切であり、そのためには子どもたちの意識改革を促すためのわかりやすくて丁寧な言葉遣いが重要であることなど、指導者が前面に出る指導から子どもたち主体の指導への転換の兆しがみられた。, A new type project, named Ibaraki Basketball School, is the one for Ibaraki National Sports Festival 2019. From November, 2012 to February, 2013, the school gave eight two-hour-lessons at seven venues in Ibaraki prefecture. Regardless of athletic activities in their junior high schools, 263 junior high school students had participated. The author set the aim and made curriculums of the school based on his overseas research of basketball coaching for children. This project can connect the social physical education and the school physical education, therefore, it is important to verify the effect of this project for considering future athletic school activities. The purpose of this study is to clarify how coaches have changed their coaching and teaching philosophies through the school. Six months after of the school, we interviewed four high school basketball coaches who joined it as coaches. They have changed their philosophies as follows: 1) They have come to see how their players had been coached in junior high schools. Because by coaching various junior high school freshman players in the school, they noticed much difference of players' basketball skills. 2) They understand their players more deeply and think it is important to change how to coach according to players' level. Before the school, they had too high expectations for players and they got stressed from failure of their players. But now they get less stressed. 3) They noticed that getting better fundamentals is the highroad to winning. Though the school, they have anew noticed the importance of fundamentals from various practices of the school. They give more practices for developing basic abilities than those for tactics. 4) It was difficult to teach how to move without ball, however, it is important to teach players how to see teammates, opponents and space of the court. For making this possible more easily, they have changed how and what to talk to players.
