{"created":"2023-06-20T14:22:53.309785+00:00","id":3150,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"d0e305d0-724e-4a3d-932d-50a1a8ab2db9"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"3150","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"3150"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:aue.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003150","sets":["6:406:410"]},"author_link":["2515","556"],"item_3_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Consideration of the School Evaluation System and Teacher Evaluation System for Professional Development of Teachers in High Schools ; Based on the Fundamental Research of Shizuoka Prefectural High Schools"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌事項","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2013-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"90","bibliographicPageStart":"81","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"教科開発学論集"}]}]},"item_3_description_27":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"現在、我が国では、新たな教員評価制度、学校評価制度の導入が進んでいる。本研究では、教師の職能成長にとって2つの評価制度の現状と課題を明らかにすることを目的とする。そのため、教師の成長理論や評価制度の成立過程などを整理し、静岡県の公立高等学校の学校評価を中心にした質問紙調査に基づいて、現状と課題を明らかにする。研究の結果、次の点が明らかになった。第1に、教員評価と教師の職能成長に関する行政施策と研究動向を整理した。その結果、教育委員会の主導のもとに、能力と業績に応じた適正な人事考課を行うことが目指されていることが明らかになった。それにより、教員の資質向上および学校組織の活性化を図ることを目的に、新たな人事考課制度が実施されていることが明らかになった。第2に、これらを踏まえて学校の実態と教師の特性について検討を行った。その結果、現在の学校教育の方向が、基礎的・基本的な知識・技能の習得に加え、思考力・判断力・表現力等の育成や学習意欲の向上、多様な人間関係を結んでいく力の育成等を重視しており、そうした指導力を有する教員を養成する必要があることが考察された。したがって、学校経営に対する学校評価は、学校経営計画を遂行している教師によるところが多く、その遂行能力や行動は教師の資質能力そのものであり、教師の資質能力を向上させることがひいては学校経営の向上につながることについて考察した。第3に、実際の調査結果から評価と職能成長との相関的な関連性を明らかにした。すなわち、教員評価と学校評価との相関係数(スピアマンの順位相関係数)を算出すると0.56(p<0.01)であり相関が認められた。これにより、現在行われている教員評価は大きな学校評価システムの一部に含まれると考えることができ、教員評価の評価結果を上げることが学校評価の結果を向上させることにつながることが明らかになった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"In Japan, a new teacher evaluation system and school evaluation system has been introduced and is gradually being established. This study intends to clarify the present conditions and problems of the two evaluation systems above for professional ability growth. Therefore the development theory of the teachers and the establishment process of the evaluation system were considered in order to clarify the present conditions and problems through a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was mainly on school evaluations and was conducted in public high schools of Shizuoka prefecture. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, administrative measures and study trends about teacher evaluation and professional ability growth were considered in this study. It turned out that finding an appropriate teacher performance rating depending on ability and achievements had been an aim of the Board of Education. For the purpose of improving the quality of teachers and revitalizing the school system, a new performance rating system had been carried out by them. Secondly, on the basis of the result above, the actual situation of schools and the characteristics of the teachers were examined. As a result, the following was observed: Current school education aims to improve the ability of thinking, deciding and expressing, enhance the eagerness to learn, bind relationships with others as well as acquiring basic knowledge and skill. It is considered necessary to train teachers who have the quality to foster students with such abilities. In terms of evaluation for school management, it is performed by the teachers who are to enact a school management plan. Therefore, their ability and performance at accomplishing a school management plan are the qualities requisite for a teacher, and it is obvious that the improvement of such skills is effective to the improvement of school management. Finally, the correlative association between teacher evaluation and professional ability growth was made clear as a consequence of the survey. To be specific, the correlative association between the two was accepted: coefficient was 0.56(p<0.01), (rank correlation of Spearman).
