| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、レジリエンスの育成に関わるプログラムをレビューし、学校における保健教育へ応用を提案することである。レジリエンス研究の歴史や動向、定義、レジリエンスに関わる要因について概観した上で欧米及び日本でのプログラムを紹介した。欧米やオーストラリアにおいて行われているレジリエンスの育成に関わるプログラムは様々に存在し、内容や目的、方法もそれぞれで異なっているが、その方法からスキル重視型、体験重視型、環境整備重視型の３種に分けられることが示された。また、我が国の保健教育で行われているライフスキル教育とストレスマネジメントプログラムをレジリエンスの視点から取り上げた。学校における保健教育でのレジリエンス育成教育の実践の重要性と、その方法としてスキル重視型、体験重視型、環境整備型の統合について議論された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The present article reviews programs related to the development of resilience in school children, we propose an application to health education in schools. We overview the history and trends, the definition, factors related to resilience at the beginning, and program in Europe and the United States and Japan. Published studies in United States and Australia and Europe showed various program that have difference in content and purpose, method. Program components that develop resilience were categorized into 3 method: skill-oriented, experience-oriented, environment-oriented. Moreover, We pick up from the point of view of resilience to life skills programs and stress management program that have been made in health education in Japan. Finally, the importance of practice of the resilience training education in the health education in a school, and the necessity for the integration of a integration-oriented skills, experience-oriented, environment-oriented development has been shown. | |||||
