myopathy, encephalopathy, lactic acidosis, and stroke like episodes（MELAS）ミトコンドリア脳筋症の1症例の病態について検討した。症例は現在51歳の女性。25歳時よりⅠ型糖尿病を発症し治療中であった。遺伝子検索によりmtDNA3243A/G 点変異が認められ，ミトコンドリア脳筋症（MELAS）が診断されている。脊髄小脳変性症，慢性腎疾患，および軽度肝疾患も併発していた。30歳時より両側高度感音性難聴により通院していたが，会話の聴取が困難になったため，43歳時に順天堂大学耳鼻咽喉科外来に受診した。裸耳聴力が右側105dB，左側105dB（4分法）で進行性であり，補聴器による会話の聴取が可能であったが次第に困難となり，50歳時に左側人工内耳埋め込み術を施行した。ミトコンドリア脳筋症（MELAS）は，ミトコンドリアの電子伝達系酵素活性の低下により，酸化的リン酸化によるATP産生が減少し細胞障害を引き起こす疾患である。たとえ点変異が同じでも，症例により異なる症状を呈するので，全身症状から経過観察を行っていく必要が考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_link_3":{"attribute_name":"研究者総覧へのリンク","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_link_text":"岩田,
