 note = {text, 教員養成系の大学では，ほとんどの学生が教員になる．現在，学校の情報システムは増加傾向にあり，学生が社会に出て教員になったときにICTスキルは必要不可欠である．しかし，学生の模範になるべき大学の職員のICTスキル，特にセキュリティに対する意識は高くない．そこで，本学情報処理センターでは，職員のICTスキルとセキュリティ意識の向上を目指したSDの講習会を行った.質疑時間を多くとったり,職員のレベルに合わせた講習を計画したりすることにより，受講者に満足いく講習を開くことができた．加えて，セキュリティの話も毎回講習の一部に入れることにより受講者のセキュリティ意識の向上もはかることができた．, In schools of teacher training, it is necessary for students to acquire ICT skills when they become teachers. Because many information systems have installed in primary, junior and high schools in Japan. On the other hand, security awareness as well as ICT skills of administrative staffs that are required to set a good example for students is not high enough. To cope with this situation, we held staff development seminars to enhance ICT skills and security awareness of administrative staff. The seminar satisfied participants by taking enough time for Q&A and conducting lectures according to their levels. In addition, security matters were also included in each time, which led to the improvement of their security awareness.},
