Because many information systems have installed in primary, junior and high schools in Japan. On the other hand, security awareness as well as ICT skills of administrative staffs that are required to set a good example for students is not high enough. To cope with this situation, we held staff development seminars to enhance ICT skills and security awareness of administrative staff. The seminar satisfied participants by taking enough time for Q&A and conducting lectures according to their levels.
