Opening the course materials will increase the awareness of teachers about the course and the quality of course materials. The System is based on the BLOG tool. The BLOG tool has many functions which are needed by the Open Course Materials System and the functions which the BLOG tool does not provide can be added to it by modules. We can design the server in consideration of convenient and secure one in a short term by using BLOG tool.},
