Studies-"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌事項","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2017-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"24","bibliographicPageStart":"17","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"2","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"愛知教育大学教職キャリアセンター紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_27":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"日本は、「自然災害大国」と呼ばれる。筆者の住む愛知県では、100年～150年の周期で起こるとされる巨大地震が、少なくとも昭和21年(1946)年の昭和南海地震から今日まで、約70年の間起きていない。その時期は、学習指導要領成立から今日までとほぼ一致するのである。この約70年で自然災害への備えや防災・減災意識は低下してしまったのではないだろうか。本研究は、学校教育を構成している学習指導要領に基づき、防災・減災教育の変遷を見ていくことで、今後の防災・減災教育の課題と方向性を考察した。防災・減災教育の歴史的変遷を見る前に、「防災・減災教育」の定義づけをする必要がある。そこで、被害そのものが発生しないようにすることである「防災」と、被害が起こることを前提に、被害を少しでも軽減することである「減災」これら二つの意味を基にして、災害の被害を抑止もしくは軽減させるすべての取り組みを総称して「防災・減災」と定義し、「防災・減災教育」の必要性を考察した。防災・減災教育の実践的研究だけでなく、学校教育における防災・減災教育の在り方自体を問い直す研究がなければ、初期社会科の防災・減災に関する内容が充実していた単元のように、震災から時が経つにつれ取り扱われなくなっていき、衰退していくのではないだろうか。それを防ぐためにも、防災・減災を多様な教科等で固有のものとして学び、それを総合的に活用し問い続ける学習を取り入れなければならないだろう。東日本大震災での実例があったように、子どもたちが困難な事象に、主体的で粘り強く、地域の人々をはじめ国内外の多様な人々と協力して立ち向かうことで、日本の未来に大きな希望をもつことができるだろう。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_link_3":{"attribute_name":"研究者総覧へのリンク","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_link_text":"加納,
