 note = {text, 本研究は, 小学校社会科教育における地域教材開発について, 一つのプロセスを提案することを目的とする。その概要は, 小学校学習指導要領解説社会編から付けるべき力を把握し, 単元の核・学術的根拠と社会に見られる課題のある「単元の核となる社会的事象」・具体的な単元の核となる社会的事象・単元目標を設定し, 単元構想・展開へ繋ぐというものである。本稿で述べる事例では, これに加えて「人物」の設定も行う。地域教材を必要とする単元は, 各地域に合った事例が教科書には記載されていないので, その開発は必然である。この「単元の核となる社会的現象」という言葉は筆者の考案であるが、その単元での学びに直結する社会的事象を正確に, 且つ端的に少ない文字数で表現できるところが新しい。これを設定することが, 地域教材を必要とする単元で, 学習指導要領に準拠した「付けるべき力」を付けられる教材開発が行えることを検証した。この「単元の核となる社会事象」は, 地域教材開発だけではなく, 小中学校社会科のどの単元でも設定可能だと考えている。今後の課題は, それを検証していくことである。, This study is intended to suggest one process about local teaching materials development in the elementary school social studies education. It was a unit to need the local teaching materials to set this and inspected that I could perform the teaching materials development that “the power that you should acquire” in conformity with the course of study was attached to. This “social phenomenon to become the nucleus of the unit” thinks that any unit of elementary and junior high school social studies is settable as well as local teaching materials development.
