The following points were clarified as the conclusion. (1) Although the average point of the \"basic theory of educational history and thought\" which is the basis of teaching culture is lower in the whole, it differs greatly between general teachers in the 50's and the principals. The higher the position, the higher the average point of this item, whereas the higher the age the lower the average point was. From the viewpoint of teaching career formation, the content of this item is important for leadership and supervising the organization. (2) As for the expectation for the cooperative doctoral course, it was found that there are many opinions that desire to cultivate ethics and humanity. (3) On the construction of the support system for in-service training, with regard to managerial staff who experienced dispatching a university/graduate school, it was a result that the ratio of selecting dispatching type was significantly higher than the others.
