In this research, we examine a case study of athletic festival operations, using Tamura’s curriculum management model as the analysis framework. Based on materials and interviews, we attempt to clarify the relationship between implicit pragmatic elements and elements with little mention by Tamura. The results, beyond bringing to light elements related to the “concretization of educational goals,” also extend most notably to include interactions of “reflection” and “leadership,” thereby clarifying specific aspects and structure in the context of the target school. Additionally, the findings suggest that curriculum management can be robustly constructed by concatenating the relationships between potentially existing elements.
