| 内容記述 | The determination of the protein used discoloration because of the error margin of the protein of the neutralizing indicator. An good result was obtained for Bromo Phenol Blue (BPB) in pH 2.5. In this reseach, to exclude the surfactant of the river water, it filtered it with membran filter. Next, it was pssible to analyze it by discoloration on the filter by passing the BPBreagent through the filter. | |||||
