| 内容記述 | Erythrophores of the rose bitterling, Rhodeus ocellatus ocellatus, appeared in the dermal layers of the male body surface during the breeding season and were located in the inside of the bony layer of the scale. Erythrosomes dispersed or aggregated in response to a black or white background color. However, erythrophores on removed scales could not maintain the dispersed state, and aggregated gradually within 15 minutes in physiological saline. Their responses in M/7.5 KC1 were almost the same as in physiological saline. Light did not affect pigment movement at all. Atropine had no effect on pigment dispersion in erythrophores. No proof of the existence of adrenergic receptors was observed. It appears unlikely that erythrophores of the rose bitterling are controlled by the nervous system. | |||||
