It is no exception in the apparatus gymnastics. Especially in the apparatus gymnastics which learns unusual movement, there are many dangers compared with other moving region, and the decrease in exercise capacity has a big influence. In such a setting, many elemental school and junior high school teachers hoping for “Helping and Spotting”. In this paper, we think about a way to leverage “Helping and Spotting” in apparatus gymnastics classes of elemental school and junior high school. To make good use of “Helping and Spotting”, it is important to understand the concept and meaning of it to development of educational guidance. Additional, it is necessary to become knowledgeable about “Introductory Helping and Spotting” and to acquire a due process.
