Twenty-four subject who were from the second grade to the ninth grade were investigated. One year later, twenty pupils were investigated again by using the same method. The results are summarized as follows: 1) The ability of problem-construction develops from the fourth grade to sixth grade. 2) The ability of formulation to solve word problem develops from the second grade to fifth grade. 3) In the Problem-Construction task, Parttive Division and Multiplication were acquired first. Quotative Division were acquired second. 4) In the Formulation to solve word problem, Quotative Division and Multiplication were acquired first.
