特別支援学校では、Team Teachingによる指導が主流であるが、複数の教師が協働するという面において課題が多く、その解決が求められている。他方、授業研究方法論に関する先行研究では、教師の意識や判断、内省など授業者としての教師の主体的行動に焦点化された授業研究（例えば，「教師の意思決定研究」や「授業リフレクション研究」）が行われている。これらの先行研究の成果を踏まえると、Team Teachingによる指導では、事前に共通理解を図ったとしても、実際の授業場面において教師個々の意思決定にはおのずと違いが生じると考えられた。 そこで、本研究では、協働性の構築を図るという観点から授業研究方法論の先行実践を参考に教師個々の意思決定の違いを生かした授業研究の仮説的なモデルを構築した。具体的には、①授業VTRを視聴し、KJ法的な手法を用いた集団討議によって授業を見る上での観点を整理し、②互いの見方が異なった場面を抽出し、さらに「自分だったらこうする」という視点で授業を振り返り、その見方（意思決定）の違いを交流するという手順を踏んで授業研究（試用実験）を行った。そして、この仮説的なモデルの教育現場への適用可能性を検証するために、②における対象者の発話特徴と試用実験後の対象者の感想について分析を加えた。その結果、教師の実践的知識の向上、協働性の構築といった面において仮説的なモデルが有効であることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_link_3":{"attribute_name":"研究者総覧へのリンク","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_link_text":"小倉,
