 note = {text, 本研究の目的は，ニュージーランド・オーストラリア・アメリカの国家カリキュラムにおける標本調査内容の位置づけ方の特徴について考察することで，日本の算数・数学カリキュラムにおける標本調査の位置づけの改善に向けた示唆を得ることである。この目的に対して，本稿では，先行研究や教育省資料を参考に教育制度，算数・数学の概要，標本調査の位置づけの順に各国の国家カリキュラムの動向について整理した。そして，標本調査に関わる用語「標本」，「標本抽出」，「母集団」を含む項目及び「統計的な調査」項目に着目して，各国のカリキュラムにおける標本調査内容を抽出し，標本調査の扱い方や導入学年，系統性の観点から特徴について分析した。その結果，日本の算数・数学カリキュラムにおける標本調査の位置づけを改善する上で，(1)用語「標本調査」の使用に拘らず，標本調査の導入学年以前から標本調査の考え方を扱うこと，(2)確率の学習を早めることを視野に，標本調査内容の位置づけ方を検討すること，(3)仮説検定を含めた「統計的な推測」内容の系統性について再検討すること，(4)統計的な推測の基盤となる標本調査の基本概念の学習機会を充実することの4つの示唆が得られた。, The purpose of this study is to consider the characteristics of the position of sample surveys in the national curriculum in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States, and to obtain suggestions for improving the position of sample surveys in the Japanese mathematics curriculum. For this purpose, I organized the trends of the national curriculum in each country in the order of the educational system, the outline of mathematics and the position of the sample survey, referring to preceding studies and the material of the Ministry of Education. Then, I extracted items including the terms “sample”, “sampling”, “population” and “survey” from the contents of the sample survey in each country's curriculum. And I analyzed the characteristics of the contents from the viewpoint of handling, introduction grade, and systematicity. As a result, the following suggestions were given in order to accomplish the purpose of this study. (1) To take up the idea of “sample survey” before the introduction of the sample survey, not necessarily using it as a term. (2) To position “sample survey” in the curriculum, taking into consideration that “probability” is learned at an earlier age. (3) To re-examine the system of “statistical inference”, including hypothesis testing.
