Educators"}]},"item_12_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌事項","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2020-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"74","bibliographicPageStart":"65","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"16","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"障害者教育・福祉学研究"}]}]},"item_12_description_27":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_12_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"高等学校には中学校で特別な教育的支援を受けていた生徒が推計2.2%進学しているが,引継ぎが十分に行われているとは言えず,地域差や学校間の格差が大きく,高等学校教育から逸脱・脱落する生徒もあり,今後更なる合理的配慮を伴った支援の展開が望まれている。そこで,愛知県の公立高等学校の教職員を対象として意識調査を実施したところ,発達障害が想定される生徒の担当経験のある教職員が8割を超え,校内では相談部や生徒指導部をはじめとした同僚,養護教諭やスクールカウンセラーへの相談が多いこと,自校の支援体制に対する認識では「体制が整ってる」と「十分ではないが整っている」を合わせると6割を超えることが分かった。また学校現場で特別支援教育を進めるうえで困難に感じていることや不安・失敗の事例を調査したところ5割以上の教職員から自由記述による回答を得ることができ,今後,高等学校での特別支援教育を拡充するために必要な方策等についても回答を得た。以上のことから,教職員が抱えている現状と課題として「教職員の増員等の予算措置」,「評価の公平性を担保する教職員の共通理解」,「専門性を有する職員の配置や育成」,「発達障害等のある生徒自身の自覚と援助要請の力」,「家庭の協力に基づく開示と周囲への説明の必要性」等が明らかになった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_12_link_3":{"attribute_name":"研究者総覧へのリンク","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_link_text":"飯塚,
