School"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌事項","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2022-03-29","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"134","bibliographicPageStart":"127","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"7","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"愛知教育大学教職キャリアセンター紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_27":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は，教員養成課程の1年生が「チーム学校」をどのように理解しているのかを検討するために，2017年度から2020年度にかけて本学の教職キャリアセンターが実施した「チーム学校」アンケートのうち，教員養成課程の1年生の回答について分析した。アンケートは後期の後半に実施されたが，教員養成課程の1年生の約半数が「チーム学校」という言葉を「初めて聞いた」と回答しており，教員養成課程の1年生において「チーム学校」は十分に認知されていなかった。また，「チーム学校」アンケートで用いられた「チーム学校」の理解測定尺度の項目のうち，児童・生徒支援に関する態度を問う項目について因子分析を行ったところ3因子が抽出され，児童・生徒支援に関する態度は「他職種連携必要性の認知」「教師の積極的関与意識」「教育支援専門職へのお任せ主義」の3つに区別された。そして，教師や教育支援専門職（スクールカウンセラー・スクールソーシャルワーカー・学校事務）の認知された理解の程度と児童・生徒支援に関する態度との関連について検討した重回帰分析の結果から，児童・生徒支援に関する態度は教師および各教育支援専門職の認知された理解の程度によって異なることが示された。特にスクールソーシャルワーカーは，児童・生徒支援において連携よりもお任せする存在として理解されている様子が見られた。スクールソーシャルワーカーは「チーム学校」における他職種と比べ理解が十分でないと認知されていたが，理解が不十分だという認知が支援をお任せする意識の高さをもたらしているのだとしたら，教員養成課程の学生のスクールソーシャルワーカーについての理解が進むことで児童・生徒の支援においてスクールソーシャルワーカーと連携することの必要性や重要性がより認知されるようになることが期待された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_link_3":{"attribute_name":"研究者総覧へのリンク","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_link_text":"安藤,
