@article{oai:aue.repo.nii.ac.jp:00008826, author = {小柳津, 和博}, journal = {教科開発学論集}, month = {Mar}, note = {text, 近年、多様な子どもたちが共に育つ保育としてインクルーシブ保育の実践が進められている。重症心身障害児は長く分離教育の対象とされてきており、彼らを含む集団のインクルーシブ保育の専門性については十分な検討が進められていない。本研究では、保育職員を対象としたアンケート調査により、重症心身障害児と他児の関わり合いを促す保育者の専門性に関して概念を抽出することを目的とした。重症心身障害児を含む集団のインクルーシブ保育を実施する保育所の保育者を対象に行った調査を質的研究によって分析した結果、①運動発達を軸とした見極め、②運動面の高次化を目指した活動内容の創造、③環境接続困難を軽減・解消する環境調整方法の創造、④「共有できる同じ主題・内容・時間・場所・場面」と「個別の方略・量・速度」の同時提供、⑤繰り返す見極めに基づく支援の追加・自重判断、⑥選択肢・選択機会・選択水準の創造、の6種類の概念が共通して抽出された。これら6種類の共通する概念が重症心身障害児を含むインクルーシブ保育の専門性の具体的な様相として存在することが見出された。, In recent years, inclusive childcare practices have been promoted as childcare in which diverse children grow up together. Children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities have long been subject to segregated education, and the expertise of inclusive childcare for groups that include them has not been adequately studied. The purpose of this study was to extract concepts regarding the expertise of childcare workers in encouraging the interaction between children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities and other children through a questionnaire survey of childcare workers. A qualitative study analyzed a survey of childcare workers at childcare centers that provide inclusive childcare for groups of children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities was conducted. Six concepts were commonly extracted: 1) Discernment based on motor development, 2) Creation of activity content aimed at higher motor aspects, 3) Creation of environmental adjustment methods to reduce or eliminate environmental connection difficulties, 4) Simultaneous provision of "the same Subject, Content, Time, Place, and Scene to be shared" and "Individual Strategy, Amount, Speed", 5) Additional support and self-weight judgment based on repeated discernment, 6) Creation of options, selection opportunities and selection levels.
