| 内容記述 | 教員養成の高度化の動向を踏まえて、今後の教員養成・研修に対する教職支援システムの在り方について、質問紙調査の結果に基づいて考察した。（1）教職キャリア形成の観点から、「教育の歴史や思想等の基礎理論」は、管理職がリーダーシップを発揮するための基礎的内容として重要である。この項目の平均点は、全項目の中では最も低かったが、職位が上がるほど平均点が上がるという結果であった。（2）共同博士課程への期待については、理論や専門性とともに学校現場に役立つ技術等の研究を望む意見、研究力とともに倫理観や人間性の涵養を望む意見が多いことが明らかになった。（3）養成・研修に対する教職支援システムの構築に関する意見では、大学（院）派遣を経験した管理職は、大学院への派遣研修のタイプを選択している割合が他より有意に多いという結果であった。これは、大学（院）派遣経験者が、管理職自身の経験から大学（院）派遣の有効性を認め、肯定的に捉えていることを意味している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In this research, based on the results of the questionnaire survey, the trend of teacher training was considered. The following points were clarified as the conclusion. (1) Although the average point of the "basic theory of educational history and thought" which is the basis of teaching culture is lower in the whole, it differs greatly between general teachers in the 50's and the principals. The higher the position, the higher the average point of this item, whereas the higher the age the lower the average point was. From the viewpoint of teaching career formation, the content of this item is important for leadership and supervising the organization. (2) As for the expectation for the cooperative doctoral course, it was found that there are many opinions that desire to cultivate ethics and humanity. (3) On the construction of the support system for in-service training, with regard to managerial staff who experienced dispatching a university/graduate school, it was a result that the ratio of selecting dispatching type was significantly higher than the others. This means the experience of studying in a university/graduate school is significant for teacher’s career formation. | |||||
