| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the management for physical education in small scale elementary schools, to analyze them, and to concider the best ways of having good results. Management for physical education was evaluated in 2 situations. One was results of the management and the other was conditions of the management. Results of management were sport life, rate of the pupil for the management staff, and participants for inter-school events, and physical fitness and sport ability. Conditions of the management were concidered at 37 items; and they were unified to 8 factors. Then relation between the results and the conditions was analyzed. The objects were 7 schools in the Shimoyama-Village in Aichi, and 180 pupil of them. The data were gathered by a method of questionnaire, which was about the sport life of each pupil and the conditions of the management of each shcools and the measurement of physical fitness and sport ability of each pupil. The following results were obtained: (1) Most of pupil are playing organized-sport. So they are thought to be able to have much effect. (2) Physical fitness and sport ability have similality between male and female. (3) In case of small scale elementary schools, it is necessary to put the Physical Education Program in good conditions of the management. (4) To expand sport life of pupil, it is necessary to improve the conditions of the management ―Club Service, Program Service, and Area Service―synthetically. (5) It is necessary to offer the Physical Education Service which will rase the independence of pupil, and to complete the organizational commity of pupil. | |||||
