| 内容記述 | The resistance of spores of Bacillus strains isolated from indoor air to two disinfectants (hibitane solution; chloihexidine and osvan solution; benzalkonium chloride) was investigated in this report. The results were summarized as follows. (1) In the short time mixture in each disinfectant (for 1-3 hours),most of spores showed resistant. (2) In the mixture for 24 hours, spores showed resistant to hibitane solution less than a concentration of 200 μg/ml and showed resistant to osvan solution less than a concentration of 400 μg/ml. (3) The ability of resistance of tested Bacillus strains to hibitane solution and to osvan solution was recognized a tendency of mutual relation. | |||||
