内容記述 本研究の目的は，保育者と保護者で保育の場における子ども理解がどのように異なるのかを検討することである。特に，幼児の遊びへの理解という観点から，幼児の遊びに対する解釈の違いについて二者間の比較を行った。保育者による4 グループと子どもを保育所に通わせる保護者の 4 グループを対象として，幼児の遊び場面の映像視聴による集団討議を実施した。調査によって得た語りは，SCAT（Steps for Coding and Theorization）による分析を行った。その結果，保育者と保護者の「カテゴリー」の違いとして，「子どもへの考察的関心」と「子どもへの直感的関心」の違い，「遊びへの評価的関心」と「遊びへの受容的関心」の違い，「保育実践理論の裏付け」と「保育の確認と要求」の違いが示された。保育を通して見る子ども，遊びを通して見る子どもへの理解において，子どもや遊びを考察的に捉えるか（保育者），心象的に捉えるか（保護者）という，保育者と保護者の子ども理解の違いが示された。

内容記述 The purpose of this study is to examine how the understanding of children in childcare differs between caregivers and parents. In particular, from the perspective of understanding children's play, a comparison was made between the two groups in terms of their different interpretations of children's play. A group discussion was conducted with four groups of caregivers and four groups of parents who send their children to day-care centers by viewing videos of young children at play. Narratives obtained from the survey were analyzed using SCAT (Steps for Coding and Theorization). As a result, the first difference between the categories of caregivers and parents was indicated by the difference between a "thoughtful interest in the child" and an "intuitive interest in the child. Second, the difference between "evaluative interest in play" and " accepting interest in play" was indicated. Third, the difference between "support of theories of childcare practice" and "confirmation of and demand for childcare" was indicated. This study showed that there is a difference in the understanding of children between caregivers and parents in terms of whether they see children and play in terms of consideration (caregivers) or in terms of imagination (parents).
