| 内容記述 | The visitor records of health rooms in schools which allow school nurse teachers to easily make objective judgments about unidentified complaints was studied. Practical research was carried out at Elementary School S, with the consideration that it might contribute to the early detection of illness and the conducting of health consultations. Below are the results of this research. 1) With 53 elementary school children from the 2nd to the 6th grade as the subject of this study, the relationship between autonomic nerve system evaluations (LF/HF value), determined through an acceleration plethysmogram measurement system, and the level of unidentified complaints, based on investigations into children's subjective symptoms (fatigue-check score), was examined. For one person, when the average "LF/HF value" of a 2-day period when there was a high "fatigue-check score", was compared with the average "LF/HF value" of a 2-day period when there was a low "fatigue-check score", results showed that the value of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter.(p=0.046) This result suggests that it might be possible to use autonomic nerve system evaluations (LF/HF values) attained through an acceleration plethysmogram measurement system as an indicator of unidentified complaints even for elementary school children. 2) The visitor records for school health room visitor that encompasses autonomic nerve system evaluations (LF/HF values) attained through an acceleration plethysmogram measurement system, and the results of investigations into children's subjective symptoms (fatigue-check score) was developed in this study. In cases such as ones where frequent visits to the health room and a high LF/HF value have led to a diagnosis of orthostatic dysregulation (OD), or where the number of visits is normal but a high LF/HF value has resulted in a child being stabilized through a health consultation, this study has suggested that this system (health room cards) can contribute to both the early detection of illness or mal-adaptation and the enhancement of health consultation work. | |||||||||
