| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of practice variability in isometric contraction. The number of training trials was 21. Tests were consisted of a criterion test and two transfer tests. In criterion test, subjects were required to reproduct 50% max voluntary contraction. In transfer tests, to reproduct 25% and 75% max voluntary contraction were required. Subjects were devided to three traininng groups: the constant training group, the block training group and the random training group. Last two groups were a kind of practice variability groups. The results were as follows. In both criterion test and transfer tests, there were no difference among three groups. These results didn't support the practice variability hypothesis. It seemed that the schema didn't sufficiently develop because there were no information about location and distance in isometric contraction. It was discussed that task specificity influenced schema formation. | |||||||||
