| 内容記述 | The full-scale leprosy relief services in Taiwan was carried out by two facilities, the government-run Rakusei-in established by the Taiwan Governor's Office and the Rakuzan-en founded by the Canadian Presbyterian missionary and physician Gushue-Taylor. His work as a physician was a unique effort to rehabilitate non-severe patients while complementing the leprosy policy of Taiwan Governor's Office. Currently, the old Rakuzan-en is preserved and maintained by an NPO corporation for the welfare of persons with disabilities .This is the report about on-site visit of old Rakuzan-en. | |||||
