| 内容記述 | 本研究では、小学校の若手、中堅、ベテラン教師を対象として、これまでの実践によって形成されてきた国語科に関する授業力量を検討し、それがどのような研修機会によって形成が図られてきているのか、その関連性を捉え実証的に明らかにすることを目的とする。この目的を達成するために、Ａ県内の小学校30校に質問紙調査を実施し、441名の小学校教師から回答を得て数量的分析を行った。その結果、第一に、国語科の授業力量要因として、「学習者理解・統制力」、「学習評価力」、「授業構想・展開力」、「単元開発力」の4つの因子が抽出された。第二に、国語科の授業力量の形成に影響を与える効果的な研修要因として、「同僚との研修」、「校外研修」、「自主的授業改善」、「研修推進風土」の4 つの因子が抽出された。第三に、国語科の授業力量の形成を図る上で、若手教師は、同僚との研修が、中堅教師は、同僚との研修及び自主的授業改善が、ベテラン教師は、自主的授業改善が中核となってポジティブな影響を与えていることが明らかとなった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study examines the practical development up to the present time of primary school teachers'Japanese language teaching abilities across a range of ages. Further, it aims to empirically reveal the kind of training opportunities that have been used to develop these abilities. To achieve this aim, a questionnaire survey was administered targeting 30 primary schools in Prefecture A, and a quantitative analysis was conducted on the responses received from 441 primary school teachers. First, the results revealed four factors that affect Japanese language teaching ability: the ability to understand and control students, the ability to evaluate learning，the ability to design and develop lessons, and the ability to develop teaching units.Second, the results indicated four characteristics of effective training that influence the development of Japanese language teaching ability: training with colleagues, out-of-school training, autonomous teaching improvement activities, and an environment that promotes training. Finally, the study results showed that training with colleagues for young teachers, autonomous teaching improvement activities for veteran teachers, and both training with colleagues and autonomous teaching improvement activities for mid-career teachers had a positive impact on the development of their Japanese language teaching abilities. | |||||
