| 内容記述 | 学生のメンタルヘルス状況と身近な相談環境の在り様を把握する為、学生にアンケート調査を行った。そのうち、学生がメンタルヘルス相談に何を期待するかに関する自由記載の解析結果を報告する。平成31年3、4月に行った本学学生定期健康診断に参加した学生、大学院生3067名のうち、アンケート調査の主旨について文書内で説明の上同意の得られた者を対象とし、138名が「健康支援センターのメンタルヘルス相談に期待したいことを自由にご記載下さい」の質問について記載し、記述コメントについて、KHcoder（Ver.2.00）を用いて計量テキスト分析（テキスト・マイニング）を行った。形態素解析には意味を持つ語句を抽出し、共起ネットワークによる語句の関連性分析、および抽出語・対応分析での検討を行った。分析対象とした回答は138件であり、合計163文であった。共起ネットワークでは、48の語句が62の結びつきで表された。記載内容は、6種類の話題（①悩む人を助ける、②周知について、③今後の対応方針、④センターの相談方法、⑤健康状態と不安、⑥大学生活上の具体的悩み）から構成されていた。抽出語・対応分析では、男性は抽象的語句を、女性は具体的な例や対応に関する語句を使用する傾向が明らかになった。今回の検討では、回答文からみた、健康支援センターの活動に求められるキーワード、課題点を見出すことができた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We conducted a questionnaire survey of university students to assess students’ mental health status and the nature of mental health consultations available in their immediate environment. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 3,067 students receiving regular health examinations at University in 2019 who consented to participate in the survey. In this paper, we present the results for 138 students who provided free responses to a question on their expectations regarding mental health consultations provided by health service centers. Quantitative text analysis was performed on the entire text of the free responses using KHcoder. A total of 163 passages from 138 responses were analyzed. These phrases comprised six topics: (1) help for individuals experiencing anxiety, (2) public awareness, (3) guidelines for responding in the future, (4) the center’s method of counseling, (5) one’s health condition and worries, and (6) worries specific to university life. The extracted tokens and correspondence analysis revealed that male students tend to use abstract phrases such as “health,” “environment,” “worry,” “diffi culties,” and “activity,” while female students tend to use phrases related to concrete examples or services. In this study, we were able to identify keywords and issues related to students’ expectation of university health services. | |||||
